Guangzhou REER Thermal Equipment Co, Ltd (REER, LEAHO) a king-sized manufacturing enterprise, consisting of experienced teams specializing in research, design, manufacture, operation and management, as well as integrated with R&D, manufacture, sales and service. The company passed the certification of the International Quality Management ISO9001-2000 in June, 2001, got the Registration Certificate of Plate Heat Exchanger Product Safety from China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels (CSCBPV) in July, 2004, and also approved by China Classification Society (CCS). The spiral plate heat exchanger and the plate heat exchanger have passed the supervision and testing by Ministry of Machine-Building Industry and National Quality Supervision & Testing Center for Petroleum Drilling Exploiting & Petro-Chemical Equipment in succession.

We have 40,000-ton hydraulic machines, the biggest in China, specially for plate heat exchanger and 5,000-ton hydraulic machines. The 2000mm X 4000mm platform of the big machine ensures the once-shaping of all the plates, and can produce plate heat exchangers with heat exchanging area over 3.0m2 of a single plate. The advanced designed facilities, the CAD/CAM molding system with unique processing technology, and the series of plate sizes fully meet the different requirements of varied fields. The large-sized special plate rolling machine can manufacture a single spiral plate heating exchanger with heat exchanging area over 200m2.

In the past few years, the company developed rapidly. It has renewed the whole series of moulds for plate heating exchangers and has the world first-class technology and product quality. Now, the loading area has reached 2,800m2 for a single machine. Our products have broken the monopolization of the world-famous enterprises and thus they are the first China-made products applied in the offshore production platform and in oil tankers.
